Leads institutional research, strategic data initiatives, analytics, data governance, institutional reporting, IPEDS and external compliance submissions. Oversees dashboards, forecasting, data warehouses, automation pipelines, system integrations, census reporting, and data quality. Advises executive leadership and campus stakeholders, presents insights to the Board, manages the institutional research budget and staff, and supports accreditation, planning, enrollment, finance, and continuous improvement.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Nursing Department, serving as the first point of contact for students and faculty. Coordinates records, accreditation documentation, meetings, events, orientations, clinical agency contracts, examinations, and department communications. Maintains databases and web content, supervises work-study students, tracks budgets, processes purchasing and reimbursements, and supports compliance with nursing accreditation and licensure requirements.
