Serve as front-desk first contact; answer calls and greet visitors, screen and route inquiries, schedule and check clients in, maintain waitlists/referrals/files, process DHS e-Intervention referrals, perform basic clerical and mail duties, assist clinical staff, and manage supplies/donations while promoting equity and trauma-informed practices.
