Domestic & General Benefits Overview

Lead regional financial performance for EU Growth Markets, owning P&L, budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning. Provide commercial insight, drive revenue and margin improvement, ensure governance and compliance across jurisdictions, oversee statutory and audit requirements, develop multi‑country finance teams, and champion finance transformation and process standardisation.

Provide FP&A support to corporate leadership: budgeting, forecasting, monthly performance reporting, variance analysis, financial modelling, cost optimisation, business case evaluation, and ensure alignment with group governance and planning frameworks while partnering with central finance teams.

Provide deskside and lifecycle support for end-user devices (desktops, laptops, AV, printers); manage incidents and SLAs; maintain endpoint compliance and security; optimise hybrid endpoint management (Intune/SCCM); support basic macOS via JAMF; create automation scripts, documentation, and perform proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
