The role maintains financial models and datasets, coordinates planning and month-end cycles, validates financial information, and collaborates with finance and business stakeholders. It is designed for a graduate-level candidate developing expertise across FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, and financial control.

Leads strategic supplier relationship management, supplier performance, governance, risk oversight, and procurement operations. Builds SRM frameworks, manages supplier reviews and scorecards, oversees onboarding through exit, and ensures alignment with regulatory, resilience, security, privacy, and contractual requirements. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders, leads governance forums and reporting, supports audits, drives supplier improvement and value creation, and coaches a specialist team.

Partner with senior leaders across corporate functions to design and deliver people strategies. Lead organisational design, workforce planning, change initiatives, performance and talent processes. Use people data to inform decisions, coach leaders, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with UK employment law, and collaborate with specialist People teams to drive engagement and continuous improvement.
