Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and horizontal machining centers (including 5-axis mills) to produce precision aerospace and defense components to tight tolerances, perform inspection and finishing, improve processes, mentor junior machinists, and follow strict safety and ITAR requirements.

Lead design of experiments and statistical analysis to develop, optimize, and standardize polishing processes for optical manufacturing. Translate customer requirements into scalable process solutions, troubleshoot production issues, maintain experimental databases, and collaborate with technicians and cross-functional teams to improve yield and repeatability.

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and manual mills and lathes to produce aerospace- and defense-grade precision parts. Perform multi-axis machining, jig and surface grinding, inspection to tight tolerances, deburring, process improvement, and mentorship. Follow safety and ITAR U.S.-person requirements; work assigned shifts.

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and manual milling/lathing equipment (including 5-axis and horizontal machining centers) to produce precision aerospace/defense components to tight tolerances. Perform inspection, deburring, tooling/fixture setup, suggest process improvements, follow safety/ITAR rules, and mentor less experienced machinists.

Set up, operate, and maintain manual and CNC machines to produce high-precision aerospace/defense parts using jig and surface grinding. Perform advanced finishing processes, inspect to tight tolerances, develop tooling and methods, mentor junior machinists, ensure safety and quality, and suggest process improvements.
