Lead Dollar Shave Club’s legal team as interim General Counsel during maternity coverage. Advise executives and business partners on corporate governance, commercial contracts, marketing and advertising, ecommerce and consumer protection, data privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. Manage legal staff, outside counsel, priorities, and budgets while supporting strategic business initiatives.
