Support Product Sales by troubleshooting deals and portal issues, maintain HubSpot workflows and data integrity during Salesforce transition, automate lead disbursement, resolve technical edge cases, partner with Enablement and Marketing for collateral, and adjudicate rep ownership disputes while building durable automated processes.

Investigate suspicious transaction alerts, perform ongoing customer due diligence, manage a personal caseload, communicate with and educate merchants, and mitigate fraud and AML risks using data and monitoring tools.

Manage a portfolio of key customers as the primary commercial contact: build relationships, drive upsell/cross-sell, lead renewals and pricing negotiations, monitor account health using data, ensure retention and expansion, and advocate for customers across Product, Operations, and Marketing.
