Partner with senior leaders across Finance, People, Risk and Legal & Compliance to provide strategic HR advice, lead organisational effectiveness, support complex employee relations, and deliver people initiatives (performance, reward, leadership development) that embed DEI and support scaling in a fast-paced, international scale-up.

Manage and grow merchant relationships for SMB accounts, train partner teams, gather feedback, analyze data to identify merchants needing support, and coordinate with sales and product teams to improve merchant experience.

Drive adoption of Dojo Bookings by proactively engaging existing merchants through high-velocity outbound campaigns, managing warm leads, diagnosing needs, and coordinating with Product and Onboarding to ensure seamless implementation and pipeline discipline.
