Teams at Dojo

Build and own features for Dojo’s new merchant Android app, collaborating with designers, backend engineers, product managers, and Android engineers. Solve customer problems through product-focused development, make data-informed decisions, contribute to architecture and testing practices, and deliver a best-in-class payments experience.

Design and optimize sales compensation plans for Dojo’s self-employed field sales team. Model commission structures, residuals, bonuses, margins, payback periods, CAC-to-LTV, retention, churn, and processing volumes. Benchmark seller terms, establish profitability guardrails, and partner with Finance, Analytics, Sales, RevOps, Monetization, and People teams. Advise senior leaders and create clear documentation, earnings calculators, and rollout plans.

Own product marketing for a dedicated product tribe, including customer segmentation, competitive analysis, value proposition development, go-to-market strategy, product launches, sales collateral, and performance measurement. The role partners closely with Product, Marketing, Commercial, BI, and Product Analytics teams to prioritize customer needs and drive product adoption and commercial results.
