Create, prototype, and iterate short-form social content for TikTok and Instagram Reels in-person. Rapidly produce shootable prototypes, maintain a reference library, write briefs for external creators, and direct/liaise with creator partners. Focus on fashion-forward, fast-moving content that suits the brand.

Lead Doji's social strategy and content calendar across Instagram and TikTok. Create repeatable content formats, brief and direct a small creative team, build relationships with creators and tastemakers, drive community engagement and UGC campaigns, monitor culture for timely opportunities, track analytics to evolve strategy, and align content with product and brand direction. Role is in-person in NYC.
