Provide administrative support to Finance and Human Resources including donor data entry and acknowledgments, gift shop and invoice payment processing, weekly deposits and major gift emails, maintenance of electronic personnel files and apparel inventory, monthly benefit reconciliations, customer service to donors and team members, and ad hoc special projects.

Manage and maintain marketing project workflows, templates, and digital spaces; support Marketing Director and creative team with scheduling, Asana troubleshooting, administrative tasks, invoice processing, and coordination of marketing support requests to ensure timely project delivery.
