Coordinates end-to-end clinical trial activities across hospital sites, including participant recruitment, informed consent, sample collection, data and study-log management, regulatory documentation, equipment checks, sample shipments, and stakeholder communication. Ensures adherence to protocols, ICH GCP, SOPs, and institutional requirements while supporting clinical quality, operational timelines, and cross-site process improvements.

Maintain company books, including daily transactions, payables, receivables, and account reconciliations. Manage statutory filings such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax. Coordinate vendor payments, reimbursements, procurement, and administrative operations. Support financial close processes and prepare MIS reports for leadership. Maintain compliance calendars, vendor relationships, and organized digital records while supporting audits and financial reporting.
