Transition into strategy consulting by conducting fact-based analysis, building analytical and financial models, developing client recommendations, and supporting business development. The role requires at least five years of industry experience, strong quantitative and conceptual problem-solving abilities, independence, curiosity, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Candidates receive a development plan and coaching to learn the consulting profession.

Lead workstreams in strategy consulting engagements, structure customer problems, manage Associate teams, conduct fact-based analysis, develop solutions, build analytical and financial models, support business development content, interview candidates, mentor talent, and lead internal improvement projects.

The Associate will perform research, build analytical models, learn consulting basics, and take part in a defined training program.
