Support Project Manager with contract review, scheduling, procurement, cost tracking, documentation, subcontract administration, stakeholder communication, safety audits, and project controls to deliver commercial concrete projects on time and on budget.

Manage concrete multifamily construction projects from contract review and estimating through execution. Produce quantity takeoffs, prepare proposals, track costs and schedules, oversee documentation, coordinate with superintendents and GCs, and enforce safety and quality standards.

Support marketing, branding, and business development across multiple construction-related companies. Manage social media, digital marketing, content creation, websites, email campaigns, photography/video capture, events, PR, and marketing operations while collaborating with leadership, operations, recruiting, and business development. Travel to local jobsites and events (~20%).
