Manages concrete construction projects from contract review and estimating through execution and closeout. Responsibilities include financial and scope management, quantity takeoffs, scheduling, proposals, subcontracts, documentation, client and trade-partner communication, material tracking, safety oversight, and quality assurance. The role coordinates with general contractors, superintendents, and field crews while ensuring project costs, schedules, documentation, safety practices, and construction quality meet requirements.

Manage concrete multifamily projects from contract review and estimating through execution. Prepare quantity takeoffs, develop schedules, control costs, ensure safety and quality, coordinate with superintendents, GCs, vendors, and maintain thorough project documentation and submittals.

Support Project Manager with contract review, scheduling, procurement, cost tracking, documentation, subcontract administration, stakeholder communication, safety audits, and project controls to deliver commercial concrete projects on time and on budget.
