Maintain cleanliness of all bakery areas; wash and organize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchenware using commercial machines or a three-sink system; remove garbage and sanitize floors; keep storage areas organized; assist with event setup/breakdown and other front- and back-of-house tasks; follow DC Health Code safety and sanitation policies; support a positive work environment.

Manage a portfolio of ~100 mid-level individual and corporate donors, cultivate and solicit gifts of $1,000–$25,000, develop corporate partnerships and sponsorships, staff and support an advisory committee, teach fundraising curriculum to fellows, steward donors with creative engagement, and maintain CRM records and reporting to meet revenue goals.
