Join the Skandi Vega as an Able Seaman (AB) supporting safe, efficient offshore vessel operations in the North Sea on a 4-week rotation. Responsibilities include contributing to daily deck operations, maintaining safety and compliance, and working as part of the ship's crew. AHTS experience, DP certification, and Scandinavian language skills may be required for some vessels.

Support project HSEQ deliverables by developing and maintaining HSE/QA plans, leading incident and NCR investigations, conducting audits and site visits, facilitating risk assessments and emergency preparedness, tracking KPIs, and assisting with HSEQ documentation, training and tender input.

Lead and supervise offshore subsea operations including ROV/survey control, write mobilization plans, work instructions, lift plans, risk assessments and MOCs, liaise with client and vessel teams, complete field reports and testing, and support tooling design and offshore project engineering tasks.
