Teams at DOF Group ASA

Lead and supervise offshore subsea operations including ROV/survey control, write mobilization plans, work instructions, lift plans, risk assessments and MOCs, liaise with client and vessel teams, complete field reports and testing, and support tooling design and offshore project engineering tasks.

Support project HSEQ deliverables by developing and maintaining HSE/QA plans, leading incident and NCR investigations, conducting audits and site visits, facilitating risk assessments and emergency preparedness, tracking KPIs, and assisting with HSEQ documentation, training and tender input.

Serve as Master aboard the Skandi Mercury, leading safe day-to-day vessel operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing crew performance, and supporting efficient offshore project execution. Participate in a 4-week rotation and a possible 2-week handover prior to embarkation in Brazil.
