Oversee marine assurance and regulatory compliance for company and third‑party vessels. Coordinate surveys, inspections, certifications, and Flag/Classification approvals; support ISM/SOLAS/MARPOL/MLC compliance; perform vessel inspections, vetting, incident investigations, and fleet assurance reviews; maintain technical records; advise project teams on operational readiness and marine technical matters; track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Two-year graduate programme in commercial activities for the subsea industry covering business development, tendering, contract negotiation, and project support, with departmental rotations, mentorship, and occasional site/office visits.

Manage onboard housekeeping and catering operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, support crew welfare, coordinate provisioning and documentation, and contribute to efficient vessel operations on a 4-week rotation.
