Provides administrative support for a ski and snowboard school by selling lesson products, communicating with guests, scheduling instructors, tracking training and hours, preparing payroll, maintaining daily assignments, and managing safety documentation. The role supports departmental budgeting, staffing levels, customer service, risk management, and weekend or holiday lesson check-in. It is non-skiing but requires walking on snow and working outdoors in severe weather.

Supports the ski team department through administrative operations, recordkeeping, scheduling, travel coordination, payroll and timecard administration, registrations, communications, volunteer organization, safety documentation, purchasing coordination, and website updates. The role assists coaches, athletes, parents, managers, and other departments while promoting safety, professionalism, and compliance with company and team policies. Work may include weekends, holidays, outdoor conditions, physical activity, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
