Analyzes global market microstructure, trading algorithms, execution data, and performance across equity and FX markets. Develops execution analytics, reporting frameworks, trading signals, and machine learning models to improve trading strategies. Advises execution traders, evaluates vendor tools and data, automates workflows, and supports quantitative research projects. The role requires strong programming, statistical, AI and machine learning capabilities, familiarity with financial markets, and flexibility across trading hours.

Conduct quantitative research for the Fixed Income department, answering investment committee questions and supporting investment decisions and risk management. Build asset allocation models, portfolio simulations, dashboards, and visualizations; analyze large datasets; maintain Python- and Azure-based quantitative systems; and explore machine learning and artificial intelligence applications. The role collaborates with senior investment professionals and is designed as a two-to-four-year development opportunity.

The Fund Treasury Analyst supports mutual fund tax compliance, fund accounting, and regulatory reporting while improving business processes. Requires strong analytical skills and knowledge of investment company taxation.
