Research emerging-market companies and identify potential investments alongside senior analysts and investment professionals. Responsibilities include monitoring portfolios, competitors, and industries; building financial and valuation models; engaging with company management, experts, and sell-side analysts; and preparing investment presentations. The role requires fundamental company research, global equity-market knowledge, quantitative analysis, strong communication, independent judgment, and the ability to work across cultures and time zones. It is a two-to-three-year position typically leading to business school or an investing career.

Performs custodian reconciliations and resolves exceptions across investment operations, including corporate actions, pricing, class actions, broker oversight, and client reporting. Builds Python, SQL, and AI-enabled automation workflows, establishes validation and monitoring controls, measures process improvements, and supports future reconciliation strategy. Collaborates with custodians, accounting, technology, compliance, risk, legal, and client service teams.

Ten-week, full-time summer internship supporting Dodge & Cox’s investment management business. Interns join teams such as investment operations, legal and compliance, human capital, technology, client service, or treasury, contributing to projects and daily responsibilities while learning about the firm and financial markets.
