Provides comprehensive academic and technical education advising for community college students. Responsibilities include onboarding, enrollment and registration support, degree and program selection, transfer advising, degree audits, academic progress monitoring, educational action plans, FAFSA and scholarship guidance, and referrals to campus resources. The role maintains student records, collaborates with college personnel, supports student retention and completion, and uses SIS, communication platforms, Microsoft Outlook, Google, and eTrieve.
