Translates client business requirements into Docupace platform solutions through configuration, integrations, testing, workflow validation, document mapping, deployment, and troubleshooting. Supports API integrations, custom interfaces, JIRA ticket resolution, environment deployments, and client communications. Collaborates with Customer Care, Product Management, developers, and client development teams while coordinating work through Scrum sprints.

Configure, test, troubleshoot, and support advisor transitions between broker-dealers and RIAs. Work with clients and internal teams to document requirements, perform system maintenance, data mapping, create test scripts, and deliver training and production support. Use Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) to analyze and validate data.

Design, build, and deploy full-stack features for a workflow automation product using React, Django, GraphQL, and AWS. Collaborate with product and design, own core components, troubleshoot issues, optimize engineering workflows, measure outcomes, and engage with customers occasionally.
