Teams at Doctrine

Lead and grow a team of six Account Executives focused on German law firms. Drive commercial execution, recruit and coach sales talent, support field selling, build GTM playbooks, collaborate cross-functionally, and commute flexibly between Germany and Paris to meet business needs.

Own growth marketing for Doctrine’s German market by designing localized campaigns, generating inbound and outbound leads, building nurturing and product-usage programs, and supporting field marketing and product launches. The role partners closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, and agencies while using automation, CRM, analytics, AI, and copywriting to optimize the funnel, conversion, and retention.

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Doctrine, you will develop NLP models and conversational agents to streamline legal information access and enhance product features.
