Own Employee Lifecycle operations and internal support in Spain, ensuring local labor law compliance, managing onboarding/offboarding, ticketing, payroll incidents, HRIS data integrity (HiBob, Officevibe), and advising senior stakeholders on employee relations.

Own month-end close, journal entries, accruals, payroll and fixed assets. Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations and variance analysis. Lead audit & compliance preparation, support budgeting and forecasting, and consult on R2R/O2C/P2P processes. Drive process improvements and automation partnering with BI, HR and Sales Ops to provide accurate financial insights.

Lead AI-focused strategic projects from idea to initial scale: validate concepts, build POCs/MVPs, run AI/LLM experiments, coordinate global and local teams, engage partners and users, analyze product usage and feedback, and drive go-to-market activities.
