Migrate, transform, standardize, and validate healthcare data from software, Excel, CSV files, and databases. Monitor imports, conduct quality controls, protect sensitive information under Colombian regulations, resolve technical issues for clinics and internal teams, develop automation scripts, document processes, and test improved migration solutions.

Manage technical integrations between Doctoralia and clinical management systems. Responsibilities include incident resolution under SLAs, partner developer support, API monitoring, credential management, troubleshooting documentation, Customer Success training, and lightweight automation to detect anomalies and reduce repetitive work.

The People Experience Manager will lead HR operations in Colombia, including hiring plans, HR policy and process development, performance and talent management, employee engagement, retention, organizational development, and employee relations. The role partners with local leaders, ensures labor compliance with Legal support, and builds a scalable People Experience team. It requires a hands-on HR leader capable of supporting rapid organizational growth and coaching senior stakeholders.
