A high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related experience, a driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation are required.

Supports daily office operations for a home health agency, including care coordination, patient referrals, scheduling, ordering medical and office supplies, and maintaining positive patient and stakeholder relations. Works with clinical leaders, staff, vendors, referral sources, and outside resources. Requires organization, communication, customer service, computer proficiency, reliable transportation, and occasional travel.
