Own end-to-end B2B demand generation targeting HR leaders, insurers, benefits providers, and employers. Develop positioning, content, campaigns, outbound programs, partnerships, events, and lead-nurture workflows. Generate qualified sales opportunities, create sales enablement assets, manage CRM automation, test acquisition channels, track KPIs, and optimize return on investment. The role works closely with senior leadership and sales while managing agencies or freelancers when needed.

Provides autonomous virtual pharmacy consultations for minor ailments and undifferentiated primary care conditions. Assesses, diagnoses, manages, and independently prescribes for acute and long-term conditions, including medicines optimisation and polypharmacy reviews. Maintains clinical governance, accurate digital records, safeguarding standards, antibiotic stewardship, audits, and quality assurance. Collaborates with GPs and other clinicians, supports education and pathway development, and refers patients when outside the pharmacist’s scope.

Provides generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, advising leaders on employee relations, policies, employment law, maternity and paternity processes, and change and leaver administration. Acts as the Sage People expert, improving HR processes and self-service resources, identifying employee relations trends, supporting engagement and culture projects, and contributing to process automation and continuous improvement.
