Primary owner of the Salesforce platform: administer configuration, security, automation, CPQ, integrations, reporting, and governance. Partner with business teams to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, improve adoption, maintain data quality, and support sandbox deployments and change management.

Perform business acceptance and user acceptance testing for regulatory changes, schedule and validate pre/post-production updates, create and maintain loan test scenarios and regression test models, update compliance content and customer notifications, support implementation with customer support teams, and assist with testing and training via proprietary AI tools.

Test and validate mortgage software by writing and executing manual and API test cases, logging defects in Jira, running SQL/MV queries, reviewing logs (Graylog, Sentry), and performing after-hours production validation as needed.
