Deliver, configure, customize, and maintain DocMagic software integrations for clients, commercial loan origination and point-of-sale partners, and third-party vendors. Responsibilities include data transformation, interface documentation, product enhancement implementation, regulatory collaboration, client solution development, and supporting business opportunities. The role also contributes to product strategy, cross-functional knowledge sharing, and occasional client travel.

Perform business acceptance and user acceptance testing for regulatory changes, schedule and validate pre/post-production updates, create and maintain loan test scenarios and regression test models, update compliance content and customer notifications, support implementation with customer support teams, and assist with testing and training via proprietary AI tools.
