Own and operate Docket’s go-to-market systems, including the TAM engine, CRM and marketing integrations, attribution, data hygiene, advertising data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting. Maintain HubSpot workflows, API credentials, monitoring, alerting, documentation, and cross-functional funnel handoffs. Ensure system uptime, accurate leadership reporting, operational resilience, and reduced key-person dependency across the revenue technology stack.

Serve as the Founder’s strategic and operational right hand, driving cross-functional execution across HR, finance, legal, vendors, and operations. Identify and resolve bottlenecks, maintain rigorous task tracking, oversee cap table and billing processes, negotiate with counterparties, monitor team sentiment, and ensure contracts, compliance obligations, travel, and other workflows are completed accurately. The role requires high ownership, strong financial literacy, comfort with ambiguity, and flexibility to overlap with US working hours.

Own product marketing execution for Docket’s AI Marketing Agent, including messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, launch support, and voice-of-customer research. Develop battlecards, buyer guides, objection-handling materials, demo narratives, and go-to-market content. Partner with product, sales, demand generation, content, and leadership to sharpen the company’s agentic marketing narrative and drive pipeline.

Own enterprise customer relationships and outcomes as a strategic and technical partner. Design AI-agent prompts and conversational workflows, use GPT and Claude to automate workflows, integrate APIs and data pipelines across HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, and Gong, deliver ROI analytics, and resolve technical issues in real time.
