Drive and scale Lever's partner ecosystem to generate revenue and leads. Own partner relationships, cross-functional enablement, partner onboarding, joint GTM models, and regular business reviews to increase adoption and strategic value.

Prepare and own the annual budget and forecasting process, maintain budget database, compile revenue/COGS/royalties/commissions/expenses/capex/cash flow/balance sheet, prepare five-year and quarterly forecasts, manage international financial statements and month-end general ledger reporting, and assist the VP of Finance with treasury matters and budget control improvements.

Serve as a customer advocate and advisor for Lever customers, owning a portfolio of accounts, delivering product training, conducting health audits and business reviews, driving adoption and expansion, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure renewal and long-term customer success.
