Founding Forward Deployed Engineer who partners with enterprise customers to identify AI opportunities, design and deploy autonomous agents, and convert custom solutions into scalable platform capabilities. The role owns the full lifecycle from discovery and architecture through production deployment, monitoring, and optimization. It also establishes FDE processes, playbooks, team culture, technical roadmaps, and cross-functional operating practices.

Own product features end to end, from discovery and technical design through deployment and iteration. Build across frontend applications, APIs, backend services, and integrations while contributing expertise in either frontend or backend engineering. Partner with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering to make scalable technical decisions, improve testing and delivery practices, and support production software. Mentor engineers through reviews, pairing, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.

Build and maintain cloud-based ELT/ETL pipelines using dbt, Airflow, and Cloud Composer. Develop data ingestion and transformation jobs, implement data quality tests, monitor alerts, maintain lakehouse schemas across Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks, document data assets, and collaborate with analytics and data science teams. The role requires strong SQL, foundational Python and Git knowledge, and 2–3 years of relevant experience.
