Lead and mentor a regional Customer Success team across SEEMEA and DACH, define KPIs, drive retention and growth, build strategic customer relationships, standardize processes, and use CS/CRM platforms to monitor account health and identify automation and improvement opportunities.

Design, implement, and deploy scalable frontend features for a global SaaS platform using Angular. Collaborate with product, UX, and QA, ensure code quality, refactor technical debt, automate tests, monitor live applications, and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Manage onboarding and service engagements for multiple SMB customers on the Docebo platform. Run concurrent implementation projects, document success criteria, develop implementation schedules, create functional/technical specifications, configure solutions as needed, monitor risks, and keep projects within budget and utilization targets while coordinating across Customer Success teams.
