Works directly with the CEO to improve company operations through internal AI enablement, cross-team initiatives, information architecture, and executive support. The role identifies bottlenecks, builds AI workflows and tools, coordinates ambiguous projects, organizes company knowledge, and supports board, leadership, and all-hands meetings. Candidates should be hands-on builders with systems thinking, high agency, low ego, and strong alignment with Doccla’s healthcare mission.

Own the voice AI product and multi-channel patient engagement strategy for digitally excluded populations. Develop real-world AI evaluations, design and run large-scale experiments, analyze outcomes, guide product discovery and delivery, manage regulatory requirements, and orchestrate changes across a live healthcare service. Partner with engineering, clinicians, patients, and clients to improve engagement, patient outcomes, and measurable product performance.

Own a portfolio of NHS and HSE accounts, driving client satisfaction, renewals, retention, and account growth. Build relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders; identify expansion opportunities; lead business cases and commercial conversations; oversee implementations, project plans, reporting, SLAs, product adoption, and pathway launches. Coordinate cross-functional Product, Clinical, Patient Support, Logistics, Engineering, and Commercial teams to deliver client outcomes.
