Handles monthly statement reconciliations, reporting, vendor inquiries, data audits, system migrations, and M&A integration projects. Requires strong organization, communication, accuracy, accountability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.

The M&A Integration Manager will oversee the integration of acquired companies through project management, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring operational and cultural alignment.

Lead FP&A, financial modeling, and M&A diligence efforts. Perform variance, profitability, cash flow, ROI, scenario, and KPI analyses. Prepare reports for senior management/board, own incentive compensation, partner with cross-functional teams, and support post-merger integration.
