Sell, rent, and lease John Deere compact construction equipment and attachments. Prospect new, dormant, and walk-in accounts; qualify customer needs; provide recommendations and demonstrations; prepare quotes; negotiate pricing and financing terms; follow up on leads; maintain CRM records; evaluate trade-ins; and meet call and sales quotas. The role also requires customer service, product training, safety compliance, and occasional physical work around equipment.

Sells, rents, and leases new and used John Deere equipment and allied products within an assigned territory. Builds customer relationships, prospects for new business, conducts demonstrations and inspections, negotiates pricing and credit terms, manages contracts and orders, and grows market share. The role also tracks sales activity, rental conversions, expenses, lost sales, and performance against unit, revenue, and gross profit targets. Extensive driving and overnight travel are required.
