Leads organizational gap analyses, stakeholder interviews, workflow reviews, root-cause assessments, risk evaluations, and remediation planning. Develops current-state assessments, roadmaps, prioritization matrices, performance measures, executive briefings, and decision-support materials. Translates complex operational and technical findings into actionable recommendations for senior government leadership.

Provides senior-level executive administrative support to a U.S. Coast Guard OCIO office, including complex calendar and travel coordination, correspondence, reports, meetings, events, records, budgets, personnel administration, logistics, and leadership materials. Advises executives and staff on administrative procedures, deadlines, policies, and organizational requirements. The role is onsite and requires Public Trust clearance, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and extensive experience supporting senior leadership.

Supports senior team members through technical writing and review, research, documentation preparation, gap analysis, and response drafting. Creates memoranda, data analyses, briefings, presentations, talking points, fact sheets, training materials, templates, standard operating procedures, job aids, and performance metrics. Reviews technical documents for accuracy, clarity, grammar, standards compliance, and template adherence within the U.S. Coast Guard Requirements and Analysis Process.
