Lead and perform network security monitoring and incident response, analyzing raw packet data, NetFlow, IDS/IPS and sensor outputs. Coordinate device monitoring, document procedures, create incident reports, lead investigations, mentor junior analysts, and develop team training while briefing customers and team leads.

Provide on-site IT lifecycle support for servers, workstations, networks, and software at Magnetic Silencing Facility sites. Maintain configuration management, master system disks/files, backups and recovery, apply security patches, troubleshoot hardware/software, manage software/licenses and IT asset inventory, maintain documentation, and prepare monthly reports for the In-Service Engineering Agent.

The ID Card Operators control and issue military identification cards, maintain DEERS and RAPIDS, and provide customer service to eligible recipients, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
