Maintains the general ledger, manages month-end and year-end close, prepares journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, tax returns, and audit materials. Oversees accounting processes, internal controls, intercompany activity, fixed assets, payroll and accounts payable accruals, and multi-state sales tax filings. Provides financial analysis and reporting insights while resolving accounting inquiries and supporting corporate reporting requirements.

Prepare and oversee financial reports, forecasts, budgets, reconciliations, closings, internal controls, and performance metrics. Supervise accounting functions including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition. Advise management on variances, profitability, risks, compliance, and operational improvements while coordinating accounting staff and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, banks, auditors, and affiliates.

Receive, inspect, organize, and distribute inventory, equipment, beverages, and other materials. Process deliveries against invoices, complete packing and customs documentation, maintain inventory records, monitor stock levels, conduct monthly inventories, and request replenishment. Maintain safe, sanitary storage areas while following warehouse procedures. The role requires forklift and pallet jack operation, physical stamina, attention to detail, strong coordination, flexibility across shifts, and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
