Responsible for safeguarding the technical integrity of management system certification activities, maintaining accreditations and licenses, leading technical reviews, developing auditor competence, coordinating audits and management reviews, implementing standards and accreditation changes, and driving continuous improvement. The role also includes chargeable auditing or training work and requires collaboration with accreditation bodies, auditors, program managers, and internal teams.

Own retention, renewals, expansion, and revenue forecasting for an enterprise portfolio of utility-sector Platform Services customers. Develop account and renewal strategies, identify commercial risks, lead value and business reviews, and build stakeholder relationships across operational, technical, procurement, and executive groups. Coordinate cross-functional DNV teams, translate customer needs into platform value, maintain CRM and forecast data, and grow net revenue retention. The role requires approximately 30% travel and strong utility-industry credibility.

Manage end-to-end medical device certification projects for Korean manufacturers, coordinating applications, certification planning, audits, technical documentation assessments, schedules, invoicing, and certificate issuance. Serve as the connection between customers, auditors, technical reviewers, and DNV’s global certification team while ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate project data, deadlines, and strong customer experience.
