Responsibilities include preparing technical and commercial proposals, defining project scope and costs with technical teams, managing customer and supplier relationships, using Salesforce, monitoring sales opportunities and pipeline trends, and achieving order intake goals. The role requires an engineering background, strong communication in English and Spanish, organizational skills, commercial interest, and enthusiasm for renewable energy.

Leads offshore midstream and downstream verification projects, coordinating engineering activities, clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. Performs independent verification and technical reviews of mechanical engineering deliverables against industry codes, standards, and project requirements. Manages schedules, budgets, proposals, and project delivery while supporting business development, stakeholder relationships, technical assurance, and knowledge sharing across international teams.

Leads DNV’s global customer success function for digital and AI-enabled offerings. Defines strategy, builds and develops the customer success team, establishes scalable onboarding and adoption processes, and partners with senior stakeholders, product, delivery, and support teams. Owns customer health, adoption, feature usage, value realization, and growth measurement while addressing adoption barriers and promoting responsible AI use across business groups and regions.
