Own DNSFilter’s internal IT function, including identity and access, endpoint management, hardware lifecycle, application licensing, workplace technology, helpdesk operations, continuity, automation, and SOC 2 controls. Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Mosyle, JumpCloud, and Zendesk while leading one IT support analyst. Manage vendors, budgets, acquisitions, security evidence, onboarding and offboarding, and service delivery for a hybrid Tampa workforce.

Drive competitive intelligence and product marketing execution for DNSFilter. Build battlecards, sales assets, launch plans, positioning, messaging, and enablement tools. Analyze competitors, pricing, win-loss insights, customer feedback, and market signals while partnering with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Sales Engineering. Use AI tools to accelerate research and marketing workflows. Travel 10–15% annually for company events.

Own the configuration, administration, data quality, routing, integrations, imports, and operational health of Salesforce and HubSpot for revenue teams. Manage lead and account assignment, HubSpot-Salesforce data flows, audits, bulk updates, issue triage, testing, change management, and documentation. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support while communicating system changes and resolving platform issues within defined SLAs.
