The role targets strategic enterprise accounts, develops multi-threaded executive relationships, identifies cybersecurity needs, and positions DNSFilter solutions. Candidates need extensive B2B cybersecurity sales experience, enterprise relationships, technical networking knowledge, Salesforce proficiency, and a record of exceeding quotas. Travel to customers, partners, and industry events may be required.

The Account Executive will prospect, qualify, and close new SMB to enterprise cybersecurity SaaS customers while managing relationships and revenue targets. Responsibilities include pipeline generation, sales forecasting, Salesforce updates, customer needs assessment, solution presentation, and collaboration with sales, marketing, and technical teams. The role requires a customer-centric approach, quota achievement, and occasional travel for customer meetings and industry events.

Own DNSFilter’s internal IT function, including identity and access, endpoint management, hardware lifecycle, application licensing, workplace technology, helpdesk operations, continuity, automation, and SOC 2 controls. Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Mosyle, JumpCloud, and Zendesk while leading one IT support analyst. Manage vendors, budgets, acquisitions, security evidence, onboarding and offboarding, and service delivery for a hybrid Tampa workforce.
