Provide 24/7 systems administration for Microsoft-based email and identity infrastructure: monitor and maintain Windows servers, SharePoint, AD/AD LDS, Exchange, MIM, SQL; manage patching, backups, load balancing, hardware upgrades; troubleshoot identity lifecycle, permissions, networks, and scripts (PowerShell); ensure SLA compliance and document work.

Support implementation, configuration, testing, migration, and post-go-live support of SAP S/4HANA Customer Management and SD. Perform business analysis, master data activities, Fiori validation, testing, troubleshooting, cutover support, documentation, and stakeholder coordination to migrate CRM functionality into embedded S/4HANA and streamline sales/service processes.

Implements and maintains DoD and USAF cybersecurity controls across IT and OT systems. Responsibilities include applying security patches, managing Active Directory users and devices, connecting machine tools to switches, maintaining asset inventories and device baselines, applying DISA STIGs, reviewing logs, and supporting RMF compliance. The role is fully onsite and requires Security+ certification plus the ability to obtain a security clearance.
