Provide first-level technical support in a secure, classified environment: install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, peripherals, VoIP phones, and video teleconferencing; manage user accounts, permissions, and basic network connectivity; support cybersecurity/ISSO activities; maintain IT asset inventory and documentation; document incidents in ticketing systems; provide user training and coordinate with IT staff, government customers, and vendors.

Lead and manage one or more task orders supporting USCG Civilian HR automation efforts. Provide project leadership, customer coordination, schedule oversight, performance monitoring, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with statements of work. Coordinate with company management and customer stakeholders to resolve issues and implement technical and administrative solutions on schedule and within contract terms.

Provide installation, configuration, and support for physical and virtual Windows servers and storage arrays; monitor and document incidents, changes, and projects in ServiceNow; perform STIG reporting and vulnerability mitigation; design and implement hardware, software, and storage solutions; balance operational support with project work.
