The Sales Executive will manage the EMEA territory sales plan, consult with customers on molecular biology technology solutions, develop business strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a strong focus on sales performance.

Serve as the sole HR contact for a ~70-person biotech, managing end-to-end HR operations (onboarding, payroll coordination, personnel admin), partnering with managers on recruitment, performance, development, compliance with French labor law, CSE meetings, and sensitive employee relations. Lead recruitment, run performance cycles, identify training needs, and implement HR policies and processes to support organizational growth.
