Processes vendor purchase orders, invoices, payments, part numbers, and sales orders. Coordinates purchasing, logistics, international shipping, billing, commercial documentation, and receipt tracking through ERP systems. Maintains vendor and project records, supports customer inquiries and technical requirements, and improves cross-departmental processes. Provides customer support and training while ensuring accurate, timely transaction processing.

Develops technical proposals and engineered machining solutions for CNC machine tools, turnkey manufacturing systems, and automation projects. Reviews drawings, GD&T, and customer requirements; creates machining concepts, layouts, scope of supply, pricing, and proposal documentation. Coordinates with sales, engineering, product management, and suppliers, supports customer presentations, and ensures accurate, competitive proposals are delivered on schedule.

Coordinates domestic and international shipments, including import/export documentation, freight scheduling, tracking, customs coordination, trucking, warehouse support, and trade show logistics. Reviews freight invoices, resolves billing discrepancies and shipment claims, maintains logistics records, prepares reports, supports audits, and collaborates with internal teams, customers, distributors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers to improve shipping accuracy and cost efficiency.
