Leads the Learning & Enablement function, managing the team and scaling learning operations across field and office populations. Designs onboarding, role-readiness, leadership, and development programs; oversees learning platforms, content governance, vendors, reporting, and effectiveness measurement. Partners with Operations, HR Business Partners, and functional leaders to translate business priorities into practical learning solutions, improve employee capability, and support talent initiatives such as competency frameworks, career pathing, and development planning.

Designs and develops blended learning programs, eLearning, instructor-led training, job aids, facilitator materials, and other enablement resources. Partners with HR, Operations, and business stakeholders to translate role expectations and business needs into scalable learning solutions. Maintains learning content, evaluates effectiveness using feedback and performance data, supports implementation, and continuously improves programs for field and office employees.

Build and manage client relationships within a regional territory to meet sales goals for liquid storage solutions. Generate leads, qualify opportunities, educate clients, support project development, coordinate pricing and specifications with internal teams, manage sales projections, develop contractor relationships, and promote cross-selling. Represent the company at conferences, tradeshows, professional organizations, and community events.

Supports preconstruction estimators by evaluating site conditions, creating tank site layouts, preparing earthwork takeoffs and cost estimates, soliciting subcontractor pricing, and preparing requests for quotation. The intern will learn the construction bidding lifecycle, work with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Excel, and may visit local tank construction sites.

Manage day-to-day accounting of construction projects, prepare requisitions, monitor billings, cash positions, and ensure compliance with contracts.

Support project managers through all construction phases: solicit and manage subcontractors, perform site inspections and layout (AutoCAD), coordinate crane operations and concrete procurement, manage materials submittals, track costs and billing, assist closeout, and provide schedule and quality control updates while traveling to project sites.

Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing heavy civil concrete construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, manage material submittals, perform site inspections, use AutoCAD for layouts, track costs and assist with estimating, crane coordination, quality control, and project closeout. Travel to project sites and lead/coaching junior staff and interns.

Lead execution of complex liquid-storage construction projects: manage teams, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, contracts, safety and quality programs; mentor staff; maintain client relationships; deliver project closeout and KPI performance.

The Assistant Project Manager supports project execution, manages subcontractors, coordinates construction activities, and ensures timely delivery and quality across projects.

Oversee multiple tank construction sites: coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety and quality control, review plans and testing, maintain daily records, represent company in meetings and resolve schedule or site issues. Extensive U.S. travel required.
