Supports the design, development, testing, and deployment of blockchain applications, decentralized applications, and smart contracts. Assists with Web3 integrations, APIs, front-end and back-end development, blockchain networks, wallets, nodes, security testing, documentation, and technical research. Collaborates with developers, data scientists, AI engineers, designers, and subject matter experts while gaining hands-on experience with blockchain and distributed ledger technologies.

Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for corporate/business development and task order management. Oversee responses to task/delivery orders, lead cross-functional response teams, apply project management methodologies and tools (WBS, IMP/IMS, Gantt, Microsoft Project, Jira, NextStage), coordinate client system access, and produce executive dashboards, performance metrics, and customer reports while ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and contractual compliance.

Supervise and train armory personnel supporting Navy small-arms and crew-served weapons training. Oversee weapons and TUE maintenance, AA&E accountability, ammunition management, and technical reporting. Develop SOPs and deficiency reports, manage supply and logistics, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, perform transportation of weapons/ammo, and maintain certifications while traveling frequently to support training sites.

Support classroom and field small-arms and crew-served weapons training: perform detailed maintenance, inspection, repairs, inventory and accountability of weapons and ammunition, manage training-unique equipment and AA&E storage, develop ordnance maintenance documentation, transport weapons/ammunition, and maintain electronic maintenance records and reporting systems.

Design and develop classroom and web-based courseware using ADDIE/ISD. Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to create leadership-focused learning materials, pilot and test courses, produce job aids, and apply adult-learning best practices. Provide ISD support to customers and deliver measurable training solutions.

Provide armorer support for classroom and live-fire training: maintain small arms/crew-served weapons and training systems, manage ammunition and AA&E inventories, perform repairs, handle MPPEH, complete ordnance documentation, and support transportation and range operations.

Supervise armory personnel and manage AA&E safety, accountability, maintenance, and logistics for Navy high-risk training. Oversee weapons and simulator maintenance, ammunition management (RSSI, OIS-R/TAMIS), AE qualifications, technical reporting, and coordinate facility/equipment contracts and transport.

Support day-to-day accounting operations including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, reconciliations, budget monitoring, financial reporting, month-/year-end close, and audit support while improving processes and ensuring compliance.

Provide ordnance and weapons maintenance, support classroom and live-fire training, manage ammunition accountability and storage, perform AE handling and MPPEH processing, maintain training equipment and simulators, develop ordnance logistics documentation, transport weapons/ammunition, and ensure compliance with Navy directives and safety requirements.

Supervise armorers and range technicians supporting U.S. Navy small arms and crew-served weapons training. Manage AA&E accountability, maintenance of weapons and training equipment, ammunition handling and reporting, technical documentation, certifications, and contract/facility coordination. Oversee AE qualifications, generate ordnance reports, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure compliance with Navy/DOD directives.

Provide ordnance-based maintenance and logistics support for Navy training: maintain small arms/crew-served weapons and simulators, manage ammunition accountability (OIS‑R/TAMIS), transport and store AA&E, develop maintenance documentation, and support live-fire ranges and training equipment.

Lead and supervise armory personnel supporting U.S. Navy high-risk training. Manage maintenance, accountability, and logistics for weapons, ammunition, simulators, and training equipment. Oversee AE qualification/certification, generate technical ordnance reports and SOPs, track inventory using OIS-R/TAMIS, ensure AA&E safety/security compliance, coordinate contracts, and support live-fire training and transport of weapons/ammunition.
