Provides technical support for CNC machine customers, sales teams, and trade shows. Designs fixtures, develops and troubleshoots machining processes, creates CNC programs, performs machine setups, conducts time studies and test cuts, inspects finished parts, and prepares engineering proposals and documentation. Programs CMMs, supports turnkey applications, consults with customers, and trains customers after installation. The role requires extensive travel, customer communication, and experience with Mill-Turn machining, CNC programming, tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing processes.

Leads finance operations covering cash and liquidity, accounts receivable, credit, collections, customer financing, working capital, financial reporting, internal controls, and KPI management. Partners with Sales, Operations, Legal, and financial institutions to improve cash conversion, manage credit exposure, and resolve billing issues. Oversees SAP-enabled process improvements, audit support, and finance staff development.

Lead and develop the assembly team to ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. Plan schedules, train staff, implement corrective actions, manage performance, and assemble precision mechanical units while collaborating across departments to meet production and safety standards.
