Provides technical application support for CNC machining customers, sales teams, and trade shows. Designs fixtures, develops and troubleshoots machining processes, performs time studies and test cuts, programs and sets up Mill-Turn and 5-axis CNC machines, inspects finished parts, and prepares proposals and technical documentation. The role also programs CMMs, supports turnkey applications, consults on customer requirements, trains customers after installation, and communicates with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.

Develops and grows automation product sales across an assigned territory. Identifies customer needs, designs conceptual automation solutions, prepares layouts, quotations, schedules, and proposals, and presents solutions with sales and engineering teams. Supports project handoffs after orders, attends trade shows, and manages customer relationships. The role requires technical sales experience, knowledge of CNC and automation technologies, 3D modeling capability, strong communication, and project management skills.

Designs and executes industrial automation projects, including robotic cell layouts, reachability studies, simulations, cycle-time analysis, supplier coordination, commissioning, FAT/SAT, customer training, and technical documentation. Collaborates with sales, customers, technical centers, and automation suppliers to manage project schedules and deliver CNC automation solutions.
