Design, program, and commission machine-tending automation cells. Interface robots, CNCs, vision, and peripherals; perform wiring, troubleshooting, documentation, customer training, and onsite runoffs. Provide technical support and safety/circuit configuration.

Support Service Control Management by processing invoices, credit notes and billing documents accurately and on time. Maintain billing logs, customer records, and reporting. Coordinate with AR and Accounting, support internal/external customers, and perform administrative tasks to ensure compliant service billing operations.

Provide onsite and remote technical support for CNC machines, including programming (CAPPS, CAM, G-Code), machine setup (5-axis, mill-turn), fixtures, test cuts, inspections, CMM programming, proposals, training, and customer-facing demonstrations with frequent travel.
