Lead applications engineering team to train and develop engineers, perform time studies, generate CNC programs, run test cuts and demos, troubleshoot complex machining processes, support pre- and post-sales engineering, manage projects, and train customers. Requires heavy travel and hands-on CNC expertise.

Design, program, and commission machine-tending automation cells. Interface robots, CNCs, vision, and peripherals; perform wiring, troubleshooting, documentation, customer training, and onsite runoffs. Provide technical support and safety/circuit configuration.

Provide hands-on technical support and demonstrations for CNC machines, design and fabricate fixtures, generate CNC programs using CAPPS/CAM/G-code, set up mill-turn and 5-axis machines, inspect parts, prepare engineering proposals/reports, train customers, and travel frequently for onsite support and trade shows.
