Design, program, and commission machine-tending automation cells. Interface robots, CNCs, vision, and peripherals; perform wiring, troubleshooting, documentation, customer training, and onsite runoffs. Provide technical support and safety/circuit configuration.

Provide hands-on applications engineering support for CNC machines: design fixtures, program/setup Mill-Turn and 5-Axis machines using CAPPS/CAM/G-code, run demos/test cuts, inspect parts, program CMMs, create proposals/reports, train customers, and consult Sales. Role requires frequent travel (50%+).

Provide hands-on technical support and demonstrations for CNC machines, design and fabricate fixtures, generate CNC programs using CAPPS/CAM/G-code, set up mill-turn and 5-axis machines, inspect parts, prepare engineering proposals/reports, train customers, and travel frequently for onsite support and trade shows.
