The Integration Engineer manages and tests integration projects, ensuring interoperability with healthcare systems using HL7 and DICOM standards, while improving integration processes and troubleshooting issues.

Manage financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and contract-level NHS finance for DMC Healthcare. Produce management accounts, variance analysis, support budget-holders, lead a small finance team, maintain controls, support audits, and improve finance systems and processes to ensure value-for-money and governance across services.

Work flexibly using cloud-based PACS, voice-recognition and integrated RIS, adhering to clinical governance and liaising with clinical leads while benefiting from training, support and provided reporting equipment.

Lead multi-site GP practice operations, drive service growth, financial performance, CQC readiness and stakeholder relationships. Use data, digital tools and AI to improve performance, identify income opportunities, manage budgets, staff and governance, and deliver patient-centred care across two practices.
