Oversee workplace architecture and design projects from planning through completion. Manage project teams, consultants, vendors, schedules, budgets, fees, quality standards, client communications, contracts, deliverables, and project reporting. Support business development, negotiate scopes and agreements, coordinate staffing, provide team leadership, and ensure compliance with design standards, building codes, and client expectations.

Supports high-volume internship and early-career recruiting through application review, candidate screening, communications, recruiting tracking, reporting, campus events, talent research, and process improvement. The intern helps maintain hiring pipelines, monitor recruiting milestones, deliver a positive candidate experience, and support workforce planning while partnering with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring teams.

Design electrical building systems from schematic development through construction administration. Prepare electrical layouts, calculations, reports, and narratives; coordinate requirements with architectural, mechanical, and other disciplines; and support project objectives and documentation. The role focuses on power and lighting systems for complex building projects using BIM and Revit MEP, with opportunities to contribute to sustainable design and LEED initiatives.
