Lead hospitality project development and client relationships, oversee design and technical solutions, ensure QA/QC, schedules, budgets, and profitability. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, present to clients, drive timely, high-quality deliverables, and support business development and sustainable design integration.

Lead day-to-day design and technical development of hospitality projects. Coordinate drawings, specifications, BIM and QA/QC standards, manage schedules and budgets with the Project Manager, provide technical guidance, mentor staff, and participate in client presentations to deliver high-quality project deliverables.

Lead and manage corporate accounting functions including general ledger, AR/AP, lease accounting, fixed assets, month-end close, financial reporting, audits, tax coordination, treasury, internal controls, process improvements, and team development. Support M&A activity, system implementations, and adoption of AI/ERP tools while maintaining compliance with GAAP and ASC 606.
