Design mechanical building systems from schematics through construction administration for commercial and public projects. Responsibilities include HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design; engineering calculations; system layouts; reports and narratives; and coordination with architectural, structural, and other disciplines. The role also supports project objectives and documentation, with preferred experience in sustainable design, energy modeling, LEED processes, and Autodesk Revit MEP workflows.

Leads regional electrical engineering operations and teams designing building power, lighting, low-voltage, fire alarm, and related systems. Oversees project planning, staffing, schedules, profitability, quality control, client coordination, and business development. Develops electrical designs and construction documents using Revit, mentors engineers and designers, and coordinates with architects, consultants, vendors, and other disciplines across complex building projects.

Leads firmwide marketing strategy, brand positioning, enterprise storytelling, integrated campaigns, communications, and performance measurement. Manages and mentors the enterprise marketing team, collaborates with leaders across disciplines, strengthens brand standards, develops content and messaging, and uses KPIs to improve marketing impact. The role requires extensive marketing leadership experience, strong writing and editing skills, cross-functional influence, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and distributed teams.
