Lead the Dallas electrical engineering practice: manage operations, staffing, project delivery, client relationships, and design of electrical building systems from concept through construction, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and supporting business development.

Design and deliver electrical building systems (power and lighting) from concept through construction administration. Prepare engineering calculations, detailed drawings, reports, and coordinate with architecture, mechanical, and other disciplines on complex projects.

Process full-cycle biweekly payroll using ADP, maintain employee payroll data, ensure federal/state/local tax compliance, reconcile discrepancies, support audits, respond to employee pay inquiries, and improve payroll workflows.
