The Project Accountant partners with project leaders to analyze financial performance, profitability, budgets, billing progress, revenue projections, and accounts receivable. Responsibilities include maintaining project data in Deltek Vantagepoint, reviewing contracts and invoices, coordinating collections and consultant payments, preparing financial reports, resolving discrepancies, and improving accounting processes. The role also mentors team members and collaborates across financial services, sectors, and regions.

Oversee K-12 design projects from planning through completion, managing teams, consultants, vendors, schedules, budgets, fees, quality, and client communications. Support business development, scope and fee negotiations, project agreements, staffing, milestone tracking, submittals, reporting, and change management. Provide team leadership and collaborate with design leaders to maintain standards and integrate design expertise across project phases.

Designs and technically develops K-12 architecture projects, coordinating drawings, specifications, BIM standards, documentation, QA/QC, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Provides technical guidance to junior staff, develops architectural solutions, participates in client presentations, and supports project quality and financial success. The role requires professional licensure, strong technical design and communication skills, proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam, and submission of a current portfolio.
