Leads hands-on operations for a Houston multifamily portfolio, overseeing property performance, budgets, capital investments, revenue optimization, resident experience, compliance, reporting, and asset preservation. Develops business plans, establishes operating standards, monitors financial and leasing metrics, supports property transitions, and collaborates with asset management, investments, development, legal, marketing, IT, and accounting teams. Builds high-performing property-management teams and may provide interim property leadership when needed.

Administer and configure core financial and lending applications (Bankpoint, Abrigo, Sage Intacct, Timberline Titanium, AvidExchange). Lead requirements gathering, integrations, data mapping, testing (UAT), deployments, trainings, and application audits. Collaborate with Lending, Finance, Construction, and Technology teams to implement enhancements, manage Jira backlog within Agile/Scrum, and troubleshoot production issues.

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the executive team, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
