Manage and grow a portfolio of global client accounts, build long-term relationships, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions, represent the company at events, and contribute to growth strategies.

Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles, recruit for technical teams (Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, Platform), run structured interviews, identify and fix funnel bottlenecks using data, and build scalable hiring frameworks and AI/automation-enabled workflows to raise hiring quality.

The role involves managing the Cross-Border Payments domain, focusing on product strategy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency within Brazil's complex payments ecosystem.
