Manage and grow a portfolio of global client accounts, maintaining relationships, coordinating solutions, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, monitoring performance, and supporting retention and revenue growth. The role involves collaborating with Sales, Partnerships, and internal teams, leading client meetings and business reviews, analyzing account results, and developing payments-industry expertise. International travel may be required.

Provide business-facing legal advice for commercial contracts (processor agreements, NDAs, novations, guarantees), draft and negotiate agreements, partner with global legal teams on regulatory, product and strategic matters, create templates/policies, and drive process and productivity improvements.

The Senior Account Manager will manage a portfolio of global clients, build relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and representing the company at industry events.
