Manage and grow strategic global client accounts, build executive relationships, and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling. Lead and develop a high-performing account management team, collaborate cross-functionally on solution delivery, and provide regional market expertise. Represent the company at industry events, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute to growth-oriented operational strategies.

Monitors payment industry metrics, identifies anomalies, troubleshoots issues, and escalates incidents to prevent operational disruption. Manages customer tickets and questions, coordinates internal follow-up to meet SLAs, generates reports, and improves support processes. The role requires proactive problem-solving, analytical thinking, fluent English, weekend availability, and Tuesday-to-Saturday work from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Lead dLocal’s Malaysia strategy and partnerships to enable local payment processing for international merchants. Responsibilities include developing relationships with banks and acquirers, negotiating commercial agreements, coordinating integrations with internal teams, optimizing payment performance, monitoring regulatory requirements, supporting merchants and products, and engaging local legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory stakeholders.
