Perform functional and integration testing of the TCAC SIGINT/EW system: analyze requirements, develop test steps and test cases per IEEE/EIA 12207, support TRRs, Test Plans, and Test Reports, execute tests, and report/track software defects.

Provide application and account support for enterprise COTS/GOTS and custom apps: troubleshoot incidents, manage user accounts, document tickets in ITSM, perform manual and automated testing, deliver end-user training, escalate functional/backend issues, and improve application operations. Act as a power-user of productivity apps and design Google Sites. Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance and communicate effectively with users and stakeholders.

Manage and control software licenses, media, and documentation for the SSA. Coordinate data calls, maintain software lifecycle records and government repositories, duplicate and distribute software as allowed, and ensure proper classified control and compliance.
