Develop and maintain CANES/C4I curriculum aligned to fleet baselines. Translate system updates and configurations into courseware, lesson plans, labs, and training materials. Use Navy authoring tools, apply Instructional System Design, support pilot courses, evaluate training effectiveness, and ensure materials reflect real-world system administration and shipboard network practices.

Perform functional and integration testing for DCGS-MC: analyze requirements, create test steps/cases per IEEE/EIA 12207, develop TRRs/Test Plans/Test Reports, and report/track software defects.

Provide advanced desktop and device support across Windows, macOS, and Linux; configure and secure IT assets; troubleshoot hardware/software; deliver VIP support; manage incidents in ServiceNow; mentor junior technicians; lead special projects and ensure timely ticket resolution and documentation.
