The role also provides training and technical assistance to CDC and health department analysts while supporting HIV surveillance data management and dissemination.

Supports business applications by gathering requirements, configuring low-code solutions, troubleshooting incidents, managing access, coordinating testing, creating documentation, training users, and assisting with change management. The role collaborates with stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to deliver application enhancements, maintain ITSM records, monitor performance, and improve business processes.

Develops and maintains MACCS training curricula and materials, delivers formal and hands-on training events, and completes post-event reporting. The role supports Marine Corps command-and-control systems, including network administration, sensor integration, tactical data links, radios, telecommunications equipment, and virtualized operating systems. It requires extensive MACCS experience, instructor or analyst experience, technical systems expertise, a qualifying degree or equivalent USMC training, formal instructor certification, and an active Secret clearance.
