Lead consolidation and month-end close for GAAP and IFRS reporting, manage cash forecasting, analyze results and KPIs, support SEC filings, drive process improvements, and assist with ERP implementations and post-merger reporting integrations.

Prepare month- and year-end consolidated financial statements, manage cash flow forecasting, support general ledger close and reconciliations, ensure US GAAP compliance, maintain fixed asset schedules, support audits, drive process improvements and system integrations, and build reporting packages while collaborating on ad-hoc projects.

Provide interim and project-based accounting and finance support including full-cycle accounting, month-end close, SEC reporting, FP&A, financial modeling, ERP selection/implementation, SOX/compliance, post-merger integrations, process documentation/redesign, interim finance leadership, and cross-functional project management.
