Coordinates career opportunities and alumni programs, including candidate and alumni data management, attorney transition tracking, opportunity postings, engagement events, communications, reporting, and intranet content. Provides administrative and project support, improves workflows using technology and AI tools, and collaborates with marketing, communications, business development, talent development, leadership, lawyers, and external stakeholders.

Leads global private markets business development and marketing strategy for a law firm. Develops growth plans, client targeting initiatives, thought leadership, integrated campaigns, PR and social media programs, events, sponsorships, pitches, and market activation efforts. Tracks pipeline, campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI while advising partners and leadership. Mentors supporting staff and collaborates across practices, regions, communications, and client teams.

Leads the firm’s employment compliance function by monitoring employment laws, governing HR policies, managing audits and risk mitigation, overseeing mandatory training, preparing statutory filings and compliance reports, and aligning HR systems with legal requirements. Partners with HR, Payroll, Benefits, HR Technology, leadership, and legal stakeholders to implement policy updates, identify compliance gaps, and strengthen processes. The role requires extensive HR compliance expertise, strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
