The Legal Executive Assistant manages attorney practices, oversees administrative tasks, ensures project deadlines, and facilitates communication within legal teams and clients.

Serve as a servant-leader and Agile coach to improve delivery flow and team effectiveness across value streams. Facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, track Agile metrics (WIP, cycle time), enable prioritization with TPMs/QA, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement without owning scope or budget.

Serve as a liaison among partners, clients, and internal teams to manage legal billing, collections, matter financials, reporting, and project workflows. Produce financial reports and commentary, resolve invoice and e-billing issues, track budgets and accruals, support collection strategies, and recommend process improvements to enhance client service and operational consistency.
