Supervise and train front desk/guest service team, manage all front office activities during shifts, maintain guest relations, oversee reservations, room availability, audits and daily reporting, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.

Lead and supervise the sales team to drive hotel revenue through group, banquet, meeting, and leisure sales. Solicit new accounts, maintain and grow existing accounts, meet sales quotas (calls, site inspections, outside calls), manage bookings, coordinate with operations, represent the hotel at industry events, complete sales reporting, and promote positive guest relations and team environment.
