Design, implement, and maintain shared frontend foundations, libraries, and tooling. Ship production-ready platform improvements (build pipelines, reusable components, local dev tooling, CI/CD) with tests and documentation. Lead cross-team RFCs and rollouts, improve developer workflows and CI reliability, provide technical guidance and code reviews, and maintain observability and incident response for platform health.

Lead end-to-end discovery for complex CX problems: frame hypotheses, run research and workshops, create decision-grade prototypes and artifacts (Figma), and translate findings into Go/No-Go and MVP recommendations while mentoring peers and handing off to Product and Tech.

Design user-centered UI for business-customer products, owning small features from discovery to handoff. Produce structured Figma/FigJam files, interactive prototypes, and documentation. Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and developers, participate in user research, apply UX/accessibility principles, iterate from feedback and basic metrics, and communicate design rationale.
