Design, build, and maintain shared frontend foundations, libraries, and tooling used across product teams. Improve build pipelines, CI/CD, reusable components, developer workflows, testing, observability, and platform reliability. Lead cross-team initiatives, author RFCs, provide technical guidance, and measure platform impact.

Own and evolve the roadmap and backlog for Premium Cards, run discovery (interviews, testing, prototyping), translate insights into epics and user stories, coordinate web and mobile delivery with Design and Engineering, define and monitor KPIs, run experiments to improve adoption, and establish release planning and governance practices.
